All WPC Tournament events are conducted in accordance with USA Pickleball (USAPA) official rules and guidelines. Players are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play at all times. The tournament directors decision is final in all matters relating to conduct and rule interpretation.

The standard WPC match format begins with a round-robin group stage in the morning session, guaranteeing every player a minimum of four matches. Group winners and runners-up advance to a single-elimination knockout bracket in the afternoon. Finals and semi-final matches are typically played as best-of-three games to 11 (win by 2), while earlier rounds are single games to 11.

Equipment standards require that all paddles used in WPC events appear on the current USAPA approved paddle list. Players arriving late by more than 10 minutes forfeit their match, with a default score of 0–11 or 0–15 recorded as applicable. All players must check in at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
